Just renaming the file as .zip (simply deleting ".html" and confirming the dialog box that inform you about the change of the extension that is going on), then open it with winrar (no idea why windows file explorer doesn't open that file). Doing that your file will work as expected.
When I download it it just goes to my downloads. How do I then put it into a blender file??? Also I love Star Wars and think this thing is super awesome. (I'm a total nerd).
