Rigged and animated low-poly cartoon-style woman I created for personal productions. NPR shaders and edge nodes included. Rig includes shape keys for basic facial animation. One hair particle system with dynamics used for ponytail.
Which render engine are you using? It works best if you have it in BI than in Cycles.
Also make sure you have the materials checked to be shadeless.
Thanks for your reply. I found what is a problem. I try to render with blender 2.78c at first and it did not work. But when I try it with blender 2.79 it was rendered fine. It is a nice blend.
