40 brushes setups for the texture paint mode, used to make hand painted textures in blender 2.79. Download > Unzip > Start a new project > Append the brushes from the .blend numbered.
When appending, the .blend file is empty. Isn't there supposed to be a /Brushes folder?
Nice selection of brushes, thanks for making them freely available. I wish Blender came with a range of brushes already, it seems such an obvious, and easy, addition.
any chance to get the images that go with the brushes or am I just totally missing them and they are in this already?
This is super awesome. Thank you for sharing. Works on 2.9 as well.
your instructions end halfway through what is actually needed, hitting append does nothing on its own. You need hit File->Append to then navigate to your zip extracted new brushes folder and go into the brushes sub-folder, select all the brushes you want and hit append. If you want these brushes in all your "new" projects then remember to do all this from a blank scene and save them to you File->Defaults->Save Startup Director
If you want the brushes in an existing scene then you just have to import them again from that scene
info as of blender 3.1
Thank you VERY MUCH! Excellent information for a relative newby.
Does anyone know how to also add the icons to the brushes? I appended the brushes, but they come without their icons.

Thanks first and foremost. What do the CTR +LMB and ALT + A mean on the icons?
I guess this is some of the old shortcuts from 2.7x version (like F and Shift+F keys), but... I didn't use old Blender as I started to use it from v2.83 LTS so it's only assumption.
The very thank you for the pack! Blender version goes so far from 2.7x and icons style, but this is still very useful.
Is there a reason I can't change the color for it, for exampler regular default blender brush I can change color, for these texture ones I am unable to change the color
Great brush pack. Thanks a lot to the author, this is really high-quality work. I used these brushes while creating my own game, and they completely covered all my design needs.
The game I'm working on is a small indie casino-style arcade project. The idea is that the player enters a bright virtual hall where everything is hand-painted, from slot machines to bonus symbols. I made most of the visuals in Blender, and these brushes helped me create rich hand-painted textures for buttons, reels, and backgrounds. I was inspired by modern online casino aesthetics, especially by some of the color palettes and dynamic interfaces I found here: https://casinobonuszok.com/spinbetter/
Thanks again for such a useful and inspiring brush set, it really brought my project to life.
all your brushes added a weird background to aper behind where i used them. so i had to reset to default. bummer, but thanks anyway for trying'
The file has the html extention instead of zip. Just remove the .html and hit enter.
