Description:
A cartoony ceiling camera which is animatable. Rigged to only need two controls (unless further adjustment is desired.) Use the targeting empty object to aim the camera. Move the up-down arrow (custom bone) to hide/unhide the camera from its compartment box. This rig also needs the animation action to control the camera. (Uses action constraints.)
Intended to be placed into a cut-out area of some other scene.
