Everything is NC, thus useless in opensource work. Why?
Since you are doing 3d scans of all-ready existing work, how is it that copyright would vest in you? Is a 3d scan a work of authorship, or rather instead the activity of a copyist/archivist?
How is it that you can assert separate copyright (and thus different terms) where you added no artistic content to a work that had all-ready existed for centuries (and is now well outside of copyright)
Please answer me this. And yes: I am a lawyer.
