Maid San by FEDB enhanced by Nate Nesler. I added node based shading techniques along with additional facial animation morph targets. I also added more advanced rig controls to the face. Big thanks goes out to FEDB for releasing this character in the first place he did a beautiful job.
Fantastic model. Sorry for the newb question, but I'm switching from Maya to blender. When i open the model the facial expression is automatically stuck in a position with one eye partially closed and the mouth open. None of the controllers work. What am i doing wrong? Again, sorry to bother but I would love to try animating her. :P
Hey, I don't know if it's still a problem for you, but I guess drivers are inactive. You'll find it in the user preferences (Ctrl+Alt+U) as autorun python scripts in the tab File

I love this model, i wish i knew how to add bones to the face like he does :(
