The wedge shaped mesh that your name text is resting on -- is that an architectural element or part of your logo? I have to ask because the model is a huge collection of cubes and cylinders &c. that are not named (except as "Cube.nnn" or whatever). Nor are the meshes grouped or organized in any way so that I can tell what's what. I suspect that there are a lot of basic forms in here that could be joined to make larger, more coherent objects within the project.
I urge you to simplify this model or make it more accessible for importing into other people's work. You have clearly put a lot of work into creating an accurate representation of your school, and kudos to you for that!
