For Blender 2.79 and Cycles Render blend use Free Style for Line Art
I wonder if Blender can render the Line Art, and I found out, that Blender Cycles actually render, pretty good, Line Art of animated model of the Muscular Man. File use Free Style, and your scene will be drawn and in the free style pass Line Art will be rendered. So be patient to obtain whole scene rendered. There is a Rigify rig and you can animate pose of the man, animate movement and render that it look as the hand made line art.
To achieve in you model the Line Art effect, put your model into Group, and write into Free Style -> Group your group. Material set to emission to achieve paper white.
