Fixed some of the Mesh Deform errors

Fixed some minor parent heirarchy issues
Turned some of the Subsurfs down, which made rendering crash on some machines.
Testers welcome! If you download this and animate with it, please let me know what sucks on it and I'll try to continue fixing errors.

The desert scene on Layer 11 is from Potado, grabbed off of Blendswap.org. Blender 2.5â€²s metarig system was used for some instances, such as the spine and initial leg setup. Special thanks to Nathan Vegdahl, Campbell Barton and the Durian team for making that!
