This is my first semi-full theme for Blender. Despite what it says, it's actually for 2.80 Beta (one of the June builds, I think. Sorry for being so vague :P). I felt like Blender 2.80 has a good interface, but the themes selection is quite limited in recent builds, as far as I know. I feel like this theme I made is a mix between the likes of Windows XP's Luna and Windows 7's Aero topped off with a dark undertone. It has blue gradients on buttons and such to make important elements stand out. Enjoy, if you must.
