Wow, i love this. How did you made the metal part have this shape? Curves, displacement or even manually modelled?

Hi BlenderGE, glad you like it. Its just: Mesh - Vertex Groups (upper, lower mesh) - shrink wrap for front part and warp for side parts - vertex bevel - mesh to curve - Bevel Object (Circle) - done
