Update for Blender 2.80: If you're experiencing blurred textures on face and hair of the model, either change render engine to cycles or set subsurface scattering to 0 on skin and hair material. Model was textured with Blender 2.81 and it seems like the developers changed some settings for subsurface scattering in EEVEE.
