  This is a very nice model. For modeling that is this good, I don't think you need so much subsurf.

  For all the mirroring, you should use a mirror object (like an empty at the center of the car) and then the object origins can be properly placed. The inner tire has 32 duplicate vertices. The four lights in front may be accurate for this kind of car(?) but I removed 2.
