Staircase designed to be used for modular level design, although you could probably use it for other stuff too.
Measurements: 2 meters on X axis, 2 meters on Y axis (actually 2.04 but it's because a little nose coming out of the bottom step), and 2.4 on Z axis (height). So 2x2x2.4, really easy to stack on top of each other. 3 individual objects, one for the stair steps and the landing another for the railing and the last for the support beams. You can always just select them all and export them together.
Modelled the steps first, added the lading and replicated on the other side, added the rails and the beams later, all this on low poly. Added subsurface modifier (not applied) to it all and did the whole process to make it look good and have the best topology I could manage. It's already UV unwrapped with marked seams, but you can just smart uv unwrap it too. I did texture it, but sadly can't share those since I didn't create them myself.
Any mistakes feel free to point them out, any other comments are welcome too, this is my first real model made on Blender (that I haven't just scrapped after a couple hours...) so, I thought I'd share, I think it's a really useful type of model that I haven't really seen around a lot.
Edit: updated blend file since I was made aware I had missed the loop cut for the railings on the z axis, making the joints look kinda bad, also fixed the UV seams.
