I re-did the UV mapping and completely re-did the textures in Substance Painter with PBR Metalness workflow. There are 2 sets of completely different deer textures, that are mixed into a single shader, drag the mix slider to vary the look. I tried the new 2.83 Horse rig, wasn't impressed, so I left the custom quardraped rig I created and cleaned up the weighting and animations. Included the baked color ID image for Substance Painter for anyone wanting to repaint. Contains the following actions: idle01, idle02, walk, run (couple of speeds), jaunt/prance. Removed the NLA actions for those not used to animating with it.

How do you us the other animations included in the blend? sorry I've never worked with actions or the NLA
I removed the NLA's since nobody knows how to use them. As for the other animations, once you select the Rig, in the Dope Sheet/Action editor you should see a drop down of the animations available. Cheers
