Procedural sunflower. Grab the blossom to animate the plant. Add a noise f-curve to the x- and/or y-locations of the blossom for procedural, fake wind movement. PLEASE NOTE that at this point in time blender's asset browser can't handle collections properly. Instead you have to append it the old way. Sorry for the inconvenience. The developers are aware of it and do their best to find the way out of this.
