These palm trees were made in blender for the Blender Game engine, however they can be exported to various other 3d programs (i.e: Unity). The .RAR file includes three different variations of the same tree in a .blend file (different trunk and palm frond color) the seamless bark texture used on the trees, and a normal map of the bark texture.
Downloaded it, gonna use it in my game, (don't worry, i'll be sure to credit you w/ the trees, I jotted it down on a sticky note.) Only one problem, 1/3 trees' leaves aren't colored, it is just white/default. Maybe it is just me.

Nice job, but the palms only appeared on the top of the model, in unity the bottoms were invisible. I looked for the 'double-sided' button from 2.49 but couldn't find it. ended up shift-d the leaves and flipping the normals, more here:
