A simple mountain scene. This isn't really useful so much for the actual mountain scene itself, but the technique I used to blend the snow and rock. I've spent a lot of time looking for slope-dependent texturing, and when I stumbled across it one day I put together a scene so I wouldn't forget it. This is that scene; I've been cleaning out my folders and I thought that this file might be of use to somebody.
Oh, there's not <em>supposed</em> to be a rock texture. Really, the only value of this .blend is demonstrating a technique for slope-dependent texturing that I discovered. There's not much documentation for that sort of feature, so I figured that someone could make use of the technique- not so much the actual model. :)
I don't seem to find any trace of rock in the blend, It just has a basic material with no textures... I mean, the render pretty much shows just like it is...
