Description:

This is an extensive residential house. Procedural materials, no baked textures. Made for Cycles but should work with Eevee and low Ambient Occlusion. 197 k Tris with subdiv, 120k with Simplify set to 1. Compositing made in Blender.

    Thanks ! They are procedural textures. There are plenty of tutorials out there if you want to create your own :) You won't be able to see them outside of blender though, since they are not baked to image textures
