Vinimay, good to hear.
Jofes, the blender addon rigify did most of the work for me. There's a lot of tutorials on blendercookie, youtube and vimeo I've learned from. The blenderartists forum and models from this site helped me a lot also.
Jam, I think what might be happening is if your trying to pose him differently, the program is reverting to the pose thats keyed in that action. Try deleting the action or turning on auto-keyframing. If you tried this already and it didn't work let me know.
Hi, did rigify do the face rig for you too, or was that yourself? Never noticed a face rig in rigify before. :) If you did it yourself, could you show us how? Thanks :D
Very cool! I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have. Can't wait to see the final product.
Adokin, yeah sure, no problem. What is the project?
Very impressive character. Loving' the low poly count.
Well done! Thank you for sharing.
Like it, like it, like it, LIKE IT !!!!! Thank you so much !!!!
I would love to learn how you rigged him... =)
Thank you for this! The rigging and model both look perfect!
Thanks for this. For whatever reason the shape keys weren't working right with the v. 1.2 in blender 2.63.
thanks for this character, it looks great but... I think it has an error to turn FK to IK, could it be?. I'm using it under 2.65
Michael, just thanks and I show you a short test animation with your cool character. http://thevode.com/motion/blender-character-animation-karate-soccer/
thanks and keep level!
bagaimana cara mendownloadnya ini...
I great job!!! i <3 it, would you tell me where can i learn to modeling cartoon characters?
Absolutely amazing, Michael! Great work, I can't wait to see more from you! Thank you so much for helping the community by sharing your art.
brillinant model almost like pixar lol!! :D
Thanks! It's nice!!
really nice rigging, thanks.
Thanks, Michael! This character is great. I'm using him as a Digital Puppet with BGE (with my rig and optimized model). You can see him in my Digital Puppetry page:
I am a student of Character Animation in Argentina , and sometimes it's difficult to get characters to animate in Blender , and I need to know if you can use your character in my animations that are only of use in classes , noncommercial , if feasible I would like to know. Excellent your work.
hi i have two questions, if i change the pose that this model is in and try to render it it just resets its self to the original pose, this might be easy to fix but i just dont know how LOL also is there a bone to move the head around?
i mean like to turn the head though i found the bone to like move it up/down/side/side but i cant figure out how to rotate it, also the eyebrow bones aren't working these might be easy fixes but im kinda new to blender XD
Great Rig, but how do I move the eyebrows?
Thank you !!!
itu ada tulisan download nya gan
can i use this character in my youtube tutorial videos? i will give credit to you and i will tell that you made this in begging of the video. please let me use it.
it s very good,i am very like!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How can I get .obj or .fbx models ?
Great Model !!! thank you so so much :D
its amazing. u have any tutorial of how to make this ? specially the rigging. its so good.
Bro it is a great creation but i can not creat shape keys in this model
Like Smile and all stuff
Could you this problem for me plzzzz??
This is a really great rig, and one of the only good blender rigs with facial animation. But, for some reason, the eyebrows won't work.
This is a really great rig
I can't understand why, but every version of this model won't let me add a sound (.mp3) to rig his mouth movements to. it always crashes the whole software even though when I add a sound to a new blender file, it works no problem. Any suggestions?
Michael, I have been testing Cartoon Guy on 2.57 works wonderful. Where can I get a DVD to learn the rigging and such. I am new to this stuff and need to learn how to animate my own models. Thanks Joe.
