Procedural shader for the appearance of a very wet surface immediately after rainfall with lots of droplets visible. The wet area will always remain on the top regardless of how you position the mesh, but you can turn that off. I created this one quickly for a project to suit individual objects, so if you want to use it for a large flat surface, you will have to tweak it a little bit to look natural due to the pattern emergence.
