I'd say as a first model it doesn't look half bad. Definitely read up on some tutorials to learn more. Also, putting some of your first work on turbosquid will make you profile look very amateur-ish in the future, when you have really good models up.

You're model need to be improved a lot. The grenade launcher has to be under the barrel not on it. The receiver is too tall, the stock is also too tall. You're edge are too "hard". you're handle is too large.

You need to improve lots of things but if you go on you'll achieve it, you'll become a better artist.
