A geometry nodes setup that takes a mesh with holes, and returns a mesh without holes.
Some warnings: Not at all sensible or efficient. May not work under all conditions.
With that said, as far as I can tell, the setup is sufficient for most use cases.
I've updated the node group to blender 4.0.0 Blendswap still won't let me to update the uploaded file, so I've placed the latest version in my google drive at:
