Ford Mustang modeled in Blender, rendered in Cycles
To give that effect i used DOF (depth of field) on Cycles, just add an empty object, move it to the place you want to focus and select your camera, name this object "DOF" just for reference, on the camera settings look for a text box called "depth of field", select the empty object ( should be called "DOF") and look for "Lens Radius", give it a value of 0.03 or 0.06, 0.09. This will give you dof, higher numbers gives more blur effect.
