This is an update of my previous blend, and I'd say it's far improved. I made the hands less organic, and more similar to the rest of the body. The rig and textures have a few improvements (bone shapes), and I also gave him a minigun.
I don't care what you do with it, but if it's noteworthy tell me, I'd like to see this guy in action.
Be aware, it has about 800,000 verts rendered, 300,000 viewport, but if you leave simplify on it shouldn't be a problem
Thought you might want to see this: <a href="http://www.vimeo.com/29524634" rel="nofollow">http://www.vimeo.com/29524634</a>
AAAAAHHHH! I'm basically having a fit of joy that my model was used by Sebastian Konig. This is seriously cool
Mennoknight, I completely understand, when I saw what he did and gave props to blendswap, I was like HOLY SHIT, that's Sebastian Konig. Super cool.
Pretty sweet. I have to say, your model really looks better in an animation than in a still.
this model has been a great standin for my animation and what not i really appreciate it.... http://youtu.be/wHHbwBLHZrs
Kinda looks like the troops that you see during the opening cinematic of Dune II, for the PC (a fairly old PC game) I believe they were Harkonnen troops, if I remember correctly, but anyways, awesome work with this
Reminds me of a board game piece from this game I loved during my early childhood. Just one discrepancy that I can name, it's kinda light, so it doesn't work well into real time footage. I had to play around with the materials a bit. Could you fix it so it fits in better with video? Thanks.
It's actually 14 MB.....Sweet! I wonder how i can rig it to walk? Any ideas? THX!
Much better than the previous version.
