    Sorry,for the late response-It was model and use sculpt tool like Pull,smooth,draw,and pinch to get the desire looks. I sculpting but only in clay,I'm learning digital sculpting.The lighting is just the effects I wanted be,however thanks I'm still learning lighting effects too. I love Blender !!!
