Do they look like yours? Take some time studying what your going to model before you start, then always have about 5 references of what your modeling to refer back to constantly. Grass: Follow steps from flowers Your ground and rocks specular is way to high. Have you ever seen ground reflect light like that? Use a sun light, with sky turned on, and delete all your other lights, they are worthless. Your water isn't horrid, the reflection is probably to much, alpha is to low. That's all I have time for, hope you take this as encouragement to study harder and learn more.
As an actual realistic lake, this piece is, to be blunt, worthless. <em>However</em>, as a dream-like or trippy scene, it displays a useful sense of distorted style.
