  Face and armor are different. Not Motoko Kusanagi from Gost in the Shell. Although, the "Stand alone Complex" in the background puzzles me. Probably was inspired by Ghost in the shell, but it is unique enough not to be fan art. There can be many different short purple haired women with badass armor.
