An update to my classic minifigure model. This edition is similar to the Space Marines, and has a number of incremental updates to the older file, like:

A Cycles material and render setup, complete with a re-usable 3-point lighting setup.

Improved rigging with greater intuitive control.

Some minor poly reworking to remove glitches.

A cute little scene.

Enjoy!

It's cool. I just was in a pissy mood when I checked my swap ratings.
I hear ya, next version of bswap I'll be able to tell you who gave you a bad rating, LOL, that will be fun. Great job as always Nick.
Yeah, harsh rating w/o feedback makes it hard to improve... To Matthews point, one cool thing on DA is that you can critique someones work (i.e. rate), but other users (additionally the artist) can rate the fairness of the critique. Point being, rating the raters would help identify the quality of the rating and improve the meaning of the rating itself.
WordPress comments have a field for "Karma" I think we're going to start to use it soon after the main update :)
=P I used to rename Karma to "Chickens" with the option to steal or give them. I had started work on a plugin (for a different CMS) where chickens would work as currency to buy things like bigger avatars, etc. The best was when people would gang up on someone and steal all their chickens >.<
I think that the normals on the hands need to be flipped. Great model and rig!
Hey hjmediastudios! Thanks for sharing the model, here what i do with your 3D. Hope you like it. :)

I love this lego minifigure! But I have a question for you: When I grab the hip bone down on the z-axis, his legs don't work right -- his foot rotates and goes through the floor. Could you recommend a way that I can modify the rig so that the foot does not go through the floor? Thanks!
2 stars? Ouch. Why?
