A simple female figure, created from various BlenderCookie.com tutorials.
Nice mesh and an interesting rig; uses copy rotation constraints to make little rotation changes propagate down the spine and neck more naturally. However, the arm rig is a bit odd; the forearm has three bones that cause the forearm to acquire additional joints. Arm rig is mainly FK, but there's an IK constraint in there too... The leg rig has a great ankle rig, but there's no way to spread the knees (try getting her to sit cross-legged).
My mistake; there is a knee pole target and the bone at the heel (Control_foot) can rotate the knee out.
