These are the animation rigs used in the first 2 chapters of the BlenderCookie training series "Animation Fundamentals in Blender"

This Blend file contains four complete rigs:
Basic ball
Ball with squash and stretch controls
Ball and chain
Ball with a tail
Each rig is ready to animate with all necessary controls
Great stuff guys, have to say I'm half way through the training and I've learned a ton so far. Have a feeling I'll have to go through it a couple times to really soak it all up. Great stuff, keep up the good work and thanks for uploading this here.

hey, i have some trouble here, I hope U can help me to resolve it. I'm a newbi here. I saw it, and interested to download this file for learning more about blender, but after I open it, the object model are changed. the objects which have white colors are lost. do you know why this thing happen?
