It looks nice, but either you or I really screwed something up on the side of it along the inner edge of the hole. A few faceless edges, areas in need of some merging, and a face that either you or I have somehow managed to bend and contort into a folded up form.

How on earth does that even work? (Note that I removed the subsurface modifiers)

2 things
1. it might be an error in converting the format to 2.4
2. I opened a hole on the side by just sizing a smaller hole, making it like that. I thought i fixed that, but apparently i didn't. The sub surf modifier hides it from the plain topology, but with the editing cage it makes it stand out. just move the rim away and you'll see what I'm talking about.
You can fix it and upload it if you want.
