there is a particle system for tiny hairs, the hair density could be increase, but you will have to comb the hair again to make it more flat.
i understand what you mean. but if you do a full hd render of it up close it makes more sense. i think male face skin does usually not have this very fine hairs that woman can have, not all of them of course. of course you can modify the settings a bit to make it more suiting for males, make it more rough or something. well with the hair you can cut, comb, add hair in places that does not have the tiny hairs, so that is very flexible.

I think you are selling this blend short by saying that it is
female
skin. It could just as easily be male skin, or child skin, or whoever skin, there is nothing inherently female about short light hairs on the face, especially in areas where coarse long hair doesn`t appear such as forehead, nose and upper cheeks.The hair does give it a little extra realism, though I`m not sure that real hair is white like in your blend. Usually it is just only seen when rim-lit which makes it appear whiter then it actually is.
