16,727 vertices, 9,003 faces,15 floors. Modifiers are not collapsed, so you could increase or decrease the floor count by 2s without much trouble.

Background HDR texture not included. Rendered in Cycles.

The model itself is good but the only problem is that the house looks transparent. that is cause the reflection is too high and try to model some rooms sinside.

Not sure what you mean by extrude lock, unless there's some kind of bug between that Blender version it was made with, and the newest versions.

Sorry I didn't check in here for so long, but yes, you're more than welcome to use the model for whatever you want, and modify it however you see fit. ;-)
