Followed the tutorial from http://cg.tutsplus.com/tutorials/blender/create-and-render-a-still-life-scene-in-blender-using-cycles/ and finished with this result. The final image included with this .blend was rendered in Cycles at 500 passes and could still use a little more time. The one image file that is named 0001.png was rendered with my gpu and technically is just a clay render of the scene. There are exactly 30633 faces with the SubSurf modifiers where they are at. Thanks man!! I totally agree with moving the light, or maybe I could just turn the ray visibility off on the light so that the camera doesnt see it but its still lighting the scene?? Just a thought haha but thank you for the critique, much appreciated!! :)
good work! I think you should the indoor light on the top of the ceiling because you can see its on the wall on the reflection of the mirror ball. This is good! Thank you for sharing to the community! :)
