This is a complete head, rigged and textured for cycles. (no hair)
This rig is my best headrig so far and I am quite pleased with the functionality of it.
I am using this head as part of a project of mine.

i loved your other face rig, which means this can only be better, which i find hard to imagine as the last one was excellent. ty for sharing
thank you! I did't know if my old one got around much. It's added before the blendswap remake so you can't comment on it so I don't get to see any feedback.
That would take some work, you could transfer the weight paint to a similar character but this one has allot of shapekeys that matter.
Thank you for the blend.
Is it okay for me to use this work in my company's presentation?
I am new to Blender. Suppose I wanted to use your model but not have the blood-stained face. How do I "clean up" the skin?
You need to manually open the texture file in Photoshop or gimp and remove the blood. I used this face on a project where he was supposed to be bloody so that's why he is this way.
Great face rig. But how come the teeth don't move like they do in your video? They don't rotate down the x axis when they should.
I don't know? I downloaded the Blendswap file and tried it in my Blender (2.67a) and the teeth's rotate like they should for me!?
Ok, forget about it.
Is there a way to only render with 10 samples, but with the eyes being normal, instead of having black stuff all over the eyes unless you render with 1000+ samples?
Try the TrickyGlass shader:

awesome rig, all the way down to the neck muscles
