It is packed but you have to save it out of the UV/Image editor for cycles to recognize and use it.

How do you use this? I tried to load it with Blender 2.63 and it failed. Looks like a perfect model for what I need!

@ JASONB190: I looked into the problem and can't find anything wrong. It loads perfectly fine for me when I download the file off BlendSwap. Can anyone else verify the problem, and include system specs? Thanks :) I hope you can make use of my blend.

Will these models render their colors outside of the Cycles rendering engine? Like, will they render in the regular Blender Render Engine? Thanks!

I like the look. It actually looks like the models could have been made out of clay - makes me think of all the stop motion movies and shows I've seen - like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Red Dear. This is something I think I'll have fun messing with in Blender.
