I tried to create a clothes hanger same as image of the request.
but I did not do a low poly, or used the internal render.
I hope this can help someone, or as a reference to create another with less polys.
Thanks for the advice Georgbibrat, until recently I did not know edge split and I tried to use in this design, but unfortunately the result was not very good, 14,500 vertices, could resuzir to 14300, probably because the object is filled with curves and varied angles = / But thanks for the tip =]
I've managed to put your model into my 3d-engine. I sent blend with simpified version and made a screenshot. Thanks again for your time.

Try replacing subsurf with edge split. it will allow for a smooth high poly look but still contain very low poly meshes
