This blend has a text that has been turned into a Mesh. It uses a particle system--for every face there is a particle. It uses a texture and UVMap to determine how and when the text dissolves.
ya after effects has it in 3d. But, This proves that we dont need a whole bunch of softwares. Blender Has it all.... :)
You have to create a new text, then transfer it to a mesh. and then apply the physics to it.
Its just like Trapcode Particular in After Effects. :)
