This isn't the best rig, (tricks could've been done on the jacket flaps, and a facial rig would've prob been nice) but here it is

Now, if only a great texture artist can jump on board and texture this dude and we'd have something awesome x3

No -- it's fully rigged. Except eyes and face. Fingers are on the finger layer
