As ‘Asylum of the Daleks’ comes out today, I thought I’d give some old-school daleks a shot.
This one is from their very first appearance in 1963, in ‘The Daleks’. I reused the base from my bronze dalek, but the rest was built entirely from scratch. Rendered in cycles. 74589 verts. Fully rigged.
Rendering with GPU should bring render times down dramatically, unfortunately some people (including me) can't do that because some graphics cards arent supported. Other than that, I dot know, sorry :S
FISHIS5, BENJEE10 put up a BlenderInternal render and that render a lot quicker, but doesnt have all the detail that cycle renders do. It all depends on if you want good picture, or good animations
Hi Benjee10 would I be able to use this Dalek model for a YouTube show called Doctor Harry Who I'd really appreciate it.
