Written September 09, 2012I am not sure of the terminology but it's toon shade with Eadge outline and i use nodes to cast the outline and control it.

Edited September 13, 2012.. it works fine for me .. may be you just need to upgrade to 2.63a .. Blender changed its geometry engine to support ngons so old versions can't display new models properly ..
