What's up Guys this is my first post here on Blendswap, I started using blender 3 Weeks ago so obviously i have a lot to learn. Before Blender I use to work on 3ds Max, But a friend of mine told me to swap to Blender like a million times, Whenever he can, He is quite popular here he goes by the username "ZERO4MIKE"

Written September 23, 2012yes, i think this is wrong too, section 4 in logo usage: "The logo is used unaltered, without fancy enhancements, in original colors, original typography, and always complete (logo + text blender)." which is not the case here. Also the cc by is wrong, inferring that the logo belongs to the uploader. "The Blender logo is a copyrighted property of NaN Holding B.V, and has been licensed in 2002 to the Blender Foundation. The logo and the brand name "Blender" are not part of the GNU GPL"
Whilst I could be considered nitpicking & the model an honest mistake, it's not technically within the guidelines as set out by the copyright holders.

Written September 23, 2012Quoting from same page of blender.org: "Making fun and cool versions of the Blender logo is really part your own artistic freedom, and Blender Foundation will never act against such tributes. Just don't expect us to "officially approve" it, that's all. :)"
I think there is no problems using this logo for our original work!

Written September 24, 2012Hey guys sorry if i didn't read the rules at blender.org because as i said i started using Blender like 3 weeks ago so its an honest mistake, but now i have, so i am more than willing to take down the logos if its, minus cool points for me
