I've decided to change the model in order to get a more accurate anatomy, reducing some 'extreme' proportions. I hope these changes move her from a cartoon/game style model to a more realistic one. I've also simplified a little bit the topology. Many improvement should still be done and I need to start rigging and unwrapping her.
Very nice, but maybe take a look at Christy Canyon's tits in action and revise the breast topology on your model.

The hole body proportions are similar to early Lara Croft Models (like Tomb Raider 1&2). The neck, hands and ears are quite realistic but the rest of the body is just too extreme. is it a retopology of a sculpted model or is it boxmodeling?
It's a box modeling. I agree with Cerfribar. I modeled her thinking about a character with some cartoon or game features (the quotation of Lara Croft is quite right), but trying to keep some photorealism. This is the reason why the proportion are actually 'extreme'. Now, looking at your feed backs, I realize that I should modify this model in order to improve realism, reducing the extreme anatomical proportions. Thanks a lot for your comments.

I recommend separating her breasts from each other, they look squished together and kinda saggy. If she is really wearing a bra then her chest should be supported by it. Also suggest softening her collar bone to make her more feminine. Her body shape sort of resembles barbies from the seventies. Still, Good work!
