I am guessing the render files, freestyles and material files are all in there with the .blend model. so it's a "complete" file-set. So, this is the Extras by 'mcbeth' as added to the model authored by Shados?

Also if u would like to reproduce the render in it original brown state reduce emit on the skin to about .2 or .15 and change the orange specular to a darkesh shade of brown that best fits the skin texture.
