it says it is a fan art and i'm not allowed to use it for commercial use. the licenses say I can when i do credit the maker, wich is it now? can I use it in monitized vids or not?

i believe this rig is broken or corrupted my computer cannot read it's file or even tell what it is other than the name..i downloaded it again but it did the same thing i think you should patch it...
