Description:
Using the compositor and BI renderer, you can create some pretty cool stuff.
The details are under the node groups, the color changes are out in the open. A really cool effect is to animate the colors. I did a sample animation that you can see. Toggle the view from "Animated" to "Still" by cntrl+ left or right arrow (clicking on the title with the white icon and selecting "01-Animated") and it will animate the blur and color.
