It's a rock from my front yard that I made with Autodesk 123D Catch. The model has no bottom as the rock weighs a couple hundred pounds so I couldn't take any pictures of it. There are a few small aesthetic mistakes; hence the small protrusion at the left of the model and some blades grass on the rock when I took the pictures.
The rock is fully textured. I copied the texture photo and opened it up in Photoshop then removed as much grass as possible and created an additional image at the full texture of the pictures I took.
Included are 2 texture pictures: the one used by blender, and an additional at 4 times the resolution. I don't know how to use the higher resolution one so I added it in if anyone else wanted it.
Thanks a lot :) For the Hi-res, i switched to cycles, activated "use nodes" in material, changed the material color (white when switched to cycles) to image texture, and choosed your hires. The UV automatically adapted to the new resolution. Really nice job you did there. Cheers
Thanks for telling me how to use the full quality texture, I never thought it would be so easy. Now I just have to figure out how to use the lighting better in cycles.
nice thanks a lot :)
