there are some great references for animation, just a matter of what kind your into, if you want traditional animation or 3D style, but the principals are all the same, such as weight, flow of action, and so on. by the way, these buildings are looking great :D

I have been watching your animations on YouTube and you have done a good job but the character movement really sucks. You should look at extracting animation cycles from movies and use those images as reference for making your own character animations. Doing this will make your animation look very professional, realistic and easy on the eyes. I think i have a program that can extract frames from movie. If your interested i can pass it on to you.
