Description:

This is a model of a tire which I believe is stock for the Porsche 904 GTS? It's highly optimized for it's complexity, consisting of little over 10k polys. The .blend file has two layers, the first one has the optimized tire, the scene, lights and camera, and the one below the first layer is the tire before any modifiers were applied and "Remove Doubles" was used.
